Alright guys, now that I got a chest freezer I can make some real beer, and I just perfected my MGD 64 clone.
2.2 lbs 2-row
1 lb flaked corn
.2 oz Saaz (.3 for a very hoppy taste) @ 60 min
Mash at 147 F for 120 minutes.
Ferment at 1 week @ 45 F
Lager for 2 months 35 F
Bottle in clear bottles and allow to age in a sunny room.
Use miller vortex bottles for optimum head.
Serve at 32 degrees.
