So I am trying to determine the cause of a slight metalic off flavor.only used two new pieces of equipment this time. A grain mill corona style, and a diy wort chiller which was cleaned and sanicleaned prior to use. Havent heard of any diy chillers causing off flavors though (copper tube with flex tubing but kept out of wort). Same pot I have used to make many6 other batches. So I am jot sure if maybe it is just a flavor of one of the grains.
