Default Mash Temperature Conversion?

Is there a formula that I can use to calculate what my water temperature should be, taking in account the temperature of the grains? My grains are currently at 32 degrees. I'm shooting for a mash temperature of 152-154 degrees

For a mash thickness of 1.25 qts. per pound, you need mash water at 176 degrees to go with your 32 degree grain to get a strike temp of 154
