Default Malt of the Month Club
I just got my first shipment since joining Valley Malt's MOTMC. 50lb sack of organic pilsner malt and some smaller bags of honey & light crystal malts. My brother & I did a 5 gal batch of saison last weekend and used my new Victoria to mill 12 lbs of the pilsner... i messed up the milling and we wound up with some low gravity beer. anyway... check out VM. pretty cool company!
