Default Making ipa question

T says to add5 ounces at 0 mins should I put them I the better bottle in a hop bag also? http://www.brewmasterswarehouse.com/...-hopslam-clone

the hops addition at 0 min means turn off the flame and stir in the hops.

The recipe makes no mention of dry hops, so just add them at flame out.

Just toss them in. Helps to take a spoon and gently push them down to wet them.
