Default Kudos to BeerSmith!

Well...
This is my fourth beer, 2nd AG batch, 2nd time using BeerSmith.
I cannot give enough praise to Brad & the crew for this program!

On my last batch, I seconded guessed the brew day regime and I was so far off the mark at every step. I thought it was a goner. Oh, don't worry, I still am drinking a very good & tasty beer but, it really wasn't what I was shooting for.

This time around, I follow the recipe as exactly as I could and all I have to say is WOW!
All my target temperatures were within a degree, all my gravities were with a couple points! I really can't get over how easy this program has made my brew day.
I am now a believer. (Not to mention that I shaved close to 3 hours off my day, today.)

Thank you Brad & Crew!

We will call this one a St Valentines’ Wit.

-David

Sorry Mods - looks like I'm in the wrong area. Would you kindly move please.
