Default Kitchen Sink Recipe Ideas

I'm almost out of everything but here is what I have left:

4.5 lbs Victory
2.5 lbs Crystal 60
0.50 lbs Dark Munich
5 pounds Maris Otter

2 oz Cascade 5.1

Any ideas on what beer I could make?

APA?
Throw it all in and see what happens?

WAY too much crystal/speciality grains. looks like you could do a 3g batch with 5lbs of MO. i'm seeing an APA or maybe an amber. maybe add the munich, and tweak the victory and crystal60 depending on what you want. i wouldn't use more than .5 lb each of the crystal and the victory.

I agree w/ SenorWanderer. 3 - 3.5 gallon batch, using all the MO, .5 each of the Victory, Crystal 60, and Munich. Use all the hops, with about .5 oz at 60 min and the rest for flavor/aroma additions and I bet you'd have something good. A little nutty, little sweet, little malty, little hoppy.

Let us know what you go with (if you haven't brewed it already).

What yeast do you have?
