So I made an imperial sweet stout where I added 4 oz of high end vanilla extract to the keg. This beer was loosely based on the Southern Tier Creme Brulee milk stout. It should be ready to drink about now. I tried the hydro sample last month and it was amazing so I think this beer will be worthy of entering into my next comp which is coming up soon. I'm thinking this will belong in 21A. Am I right in my thinking?
