Default I was way too drunk to be brewin.

So last night I decided to do a pretty simple honey amber BIAB last night and a few buddies showed up to watch the process and have a few with me. Needless to say I woke up this morning to find that we drank 4 GUBNAs, 6 Alpha Kings, 6 Dales Pale Ales and 4 sunset IPAs, pre-boil. I remember grasping I was too drunk to brew and jotting all my recipe mishaps. So here they are. I was doing a no sparge 5 gal batch with 8 lbs 2 row, 5 lbs Vienna and 1lb crystal 80. Mash temp ended up around 150, mash out at 178. Boil was nice and hop additions went according to schedule. Totally forgot to add the 1lb honey until I had already put it in the ice bath. I remember saying " Ahh screw it" and I stirred the honey in anyways ( at about 100 degrees in the ice bath) OG was 1.062 so I'm thinking I got about 60% efficiency. What am I to expect here?

What to expect?

The best beer you've ever made...and you'll never, ever be able to re-create it

The rest of your brewing career will be spent in a fruitless effort to brew it again.

It will be your White Whale Ale.

I don't see anything wrong.. If you have at least half-ass notes you might even be able to make it again.. 60% efficiency isn't bad, it just means you didn't get as much out of your grains as you could have. Low efficiency does not equal bad beer!

Hell I have written some programs after way too many and looked at them the next day and thought hell I need to drink more seems the KISS method is sometimes better. You just may have made a beer you will never be able to recreate and like other have said you may spend the rest of your life trying to recreate. Hell crack open another beer and don't worry beer seems to be forgiving only exception seems to be sanitation.

As long as you didn't tip the boiling pot on someone, consider it a success. I have yet to drink more than 2 or 3 while brewing, I dread that half flight up the stairs with 5 gallons at 200F+.

I wouldn't worry about the honey at all. Agree with others it'll probably be a good brew.
