Default How much should I dry-hop this 11G SNPA clone?

2lb caramel 40 - steep in 12 gal. water for about 45 min ~ 155
Bring to Boil, added:
2 lb Pilsen DME + 1.5oz Perle for 45 min
Kill burner, then:
add 12lb Pilsen DME, back to boil, 1.5oz caccade for last 15min
add 1 more oz cascade for last 5 min.

I used 2 packs of Safe-Ale 005. Been fermenting since the night of brew day (Saturday....)

How much Cascade should I dry hop this with? I was going to dry hop for a week at about 70 deg.

EDIT: SORRY! Posted in wrong forum, was to go in Recipes/Ingredients ...

Anything less than an ounce would be insulting the beer. I'd go two, but I'm a hophead...my last IPA was dryhopped with 4 oz.

I'd go 2oz for two weeks.
