Default how much grains to mash in place of DME

I want to convert an extract recipe I came up with to all grain. It is an IPA that used 7lbs of light DME along with 1.75 pounds of crystal 40L for steeping. Is there a general formula for replacing extract with grains?

It's 0.6 lbs of DME for 1 lb of base grain.
