Why is hot side aeration so bad if I'm just going to add O2 for my Yeast after it cools?
It's not, don't worry about it.
Seriously, you'd have to whisk the hell outta your hot wort to even make an inkling of difference. Nothing to worry about!
I do a lot of stirring the wort as it cools and never had an issue.

The macro brewers worry about because it supposedly has detrimental effects the longer that beer is stored. Not really a problem with homebrew.
