Sounds like that to me too.

Normally, "plastic" is from infection, chlorophenols, or plastic equipment leaching that flavor.

What kind of water are you using for your brewing? I'd rule out chlorophenols first.

Co2 tank is new, gonna dismantle the keys and give them a thorough cleaning. I though water initially, I use tap water, but my buddy uses he same water when we brew and he does not have the same issue.

This is so damn frustrating, I never had this issue before the corney kegs are the x factor. I bought them reconditioned when I started all grain , but I got them at my home brew store and was told everything was replaced and cleaned

When you open them, do you smell anything? When I got mine, it has a weird 'caustic soda' smell.

Make sure you take it apart (keep the "out" post and stuff separate from the "in" stuff- trust me on that, and keep each keg's parts separate) and check all the o-rings and hold the diptubes up to the light to make sure they are clean as a whistle. If anything has an odor, clean and/or replace.

I would recommend changing out all of the o-rings and soaking the keg, dip tubes, and disassembled posts in PBW or oxyclean free overnight.

Also, are you pouring out the first few ounces after the beer has been sitting for a while? I usually notice an off taste if I don't do this.

Are you using bleach to sanitize? That flavor may also arise if you fail to thoroughly rinse the bleach.
