Default Hoegarden Clone

Hello! Just finished my first all grain batch and took some photos of the process , click on info for details of each step

Mission Hoegarden

Has anyone else tried a Hoegarden Clone? this one came out pretty good ive done another with lemon and lime peel and tastes pretty interesting out of the primary. Also just finished a dubbel type and its tasting really nice. These wyseast yeast packs really make a difference to the horrible packet yeast i used to use with kits.

Anyway sure i'll be posting on here again when something goes horribly wrong! Cheers ..

Glad to hear that it came out pretty good!

That is probably my favorite beer at this moment!
