help with some dunkel weisse

Had great luck with the Master Ed's Hefe (thanks Ed)...but would love to have some assistance with a DunkelWeisse. Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm pretty new to all grain but doing good so far...thanks to HBT!! 
I'm working on my "Ryno's Toasted OatMilk Stout"..... will post later on progress and details. Thanks in advance and thank you for everybody here for the excellent accumulative knowledge! Ryno
