Just made this recipe and did a mini mash instead of steeping. Looks really good and a lot lighter. I bumped the vienna to 2.5 lbs and the crystal 10L to .75 lbs tho. Did a 6 gallon batch.
Cascades I used were the organic NZ at 9.1 AA.
1 oz of those at 60 min
1 oz of amarillo for all the other additions.
I'm pretty stoked about how this will turn out. I think it will be great, nice and drinkable with decent hop flavor.
Might take a 2 months or so for the answer, but I would like to hear how it works out also.
