My triple is only two weeks old, so no idea yet. I used a blend of Best Pils, Can Pils and Heidelburg. The color is a golden straw, i would say about dead on for a triple. Tomorrow I am going to do a orange klosch'ish beer. I am actually going to ferment 5 gallons with the Uibroue yeast and 5 with Klosch. I can report back when I taste the triple and the klosch. Actually might go taste the triple right now
