Default Gonna run my new setup have a few questions

First off im switching to fly spargeing and want to know what i need to pick in beersmith for this, also how do i turn my 5.5gal recipe to a 10gal recipe thanks....

Keg 1: No Name IPA
Keg 2: Empty
Keg 3: Cream Soda "Kids"
Primary 1 = Oatmeal Stout
Primary 2 = Alaskan Amber Clone
Primary 3 = ApelfWein

Recipes scale up 5.5 times 1.8 would be 9.9 gallons or you could double it for 11 gallons

Use scale recipe.

Enter the new batch size. Tick the 'Match orginal gravity, colour and bitterness'.

No option (that I know of) for fly sparging, though you still need to bring your mash up to mash out temperature.
