Does this go by another name or something?
I have a recipe that calls for it but cant seem to find it anywhere.
Not really. Just wheat malt from a German maltster. I know they've got both a light and dark variety at one of my LHBS 's.
I may be wrong, but I believe the darker variety might be also known as Red wheat malt. At least that's what the guy running my LHBS seemed to imply.
