I batch sparge as well. Not sure if I have all the settings correct in my software but its in the high 70s low 80s. You really need to make sure your sparge water brings your temp up to 170F and that you stir it well and let let it sit. I let my sparge sit for 10 mins at 170F then drain. Also, even if you have to boil longer, increase your water to grain ratio to around 2qt/lb for your sparge to get all those sugars into solution. If you are already doing these things, you might be under/overestimating something in your calculations.
