Default First all grain mash at 147.7

At 35 min should I add some hotter water or let it be. target is 150

Doesn't matter, you will have beer regardless. You could also do an iodine test and if it passes, then stop the mash a little bit early. I would personally add a bit of boiled water to raise it if I had the boiled water ready to go now. The most important thing to take away is how your system works and how to tweak it next time.

Its at 149.5 now ill leave it alone for the last 20 min then check the refractometer
