seems ok. i'm far from an expert, but the numbers add up.
one trick I sometimes employ is adding roasted barley only to the sparge, not the mash. It helps you get color, but not flavor. my last irish red was almost brown cuz the roast barley got outta hand. I think i had more than .25 tho.
