Default First all grain, judge my Irish Red Recipe

Wanted this to be a bit of a drier imperial irish red.. How's it look?

1.00 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 7.27 %

0.25 lb Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) Grain 1.82 %
1.00 lb Corn Sugar (Dextrose) (0.0 SRM) Sugar 7.27 %

0.75 oz Glacier [5.60 %] (60 min) Hops 16.1 IBU
0.50 oz Glacier [5.60 %] (30 min) Hops 5.5 IBU

seems ok. i'm far from an expert, but the numbers add up.

one trick I sometimes employ is adding roasted barley only to the sparge, not the mash. It helps you get color, but not flavor. my last irish red was almost brown cuz the roast barley got outta hand. I think i had more than .25 tho.

I love to make Irish reds, and this idea is intresting to me, are you looking at say .25 to .5 lbs? Standard crush or no crush at all?
