I don't have a mash tun. Is there anything else I could use to act as a mash tun

Yes, we'll most stock them now. Get one that is big enough to completely line the inside of your pot.

I don't think there is anything easier than a bag. One pot, full volume of water for the mash, drain the bag, squeeze out whatever wort you can and you are ready for the boil.

Wont squeezing it make it add to the bitterness? That is what I have read
