I need some advice with what to brew first. I'm hoping to be trying out my new stand this weekend. I would like to brew a very easy drinking lawnmower style beer. Not my preferred style but I had a lot of help with different parts of my setup from friends, they are bmc drinkers and I would like to brew a large batch for them. Any help?
Look in my recipes for the Bombshell Blonde. If you substitute domestic 2-row for the pilsner I think you will have exactly what you are looking for.
Normally I would say stick with the pilsen as the base malt, but it doesnt have as much for enzymes as the 2 row will. And being your first one Im sure you will want all the help you can get. (even though its really not that hard)
