I just kegged my first two AG brews and I think they both turned out pretty good. I did an IPA which may be a bit light on the hops (didn't feel that way when I was pitching them in the boil! but still tasty even before carbing.
The second was Biermunchers Centennial Blonde. This one I remembered the Irish Moss and it went right form primary to the keg. The trub has settled hard on the bottom of the bucket and I was able to siphon very nearly the last drop without picking up the gunk. Tasted very good even flat and warm and young.
So, I'm excited now that I've had a taste of my first two beers and ready to do it again and learn even more!
