Default False Bottom problem's...

I just installed a new false bottom for my FlyGuy MLT and its damn near impossible to keep grains from seeping through into the wort. I vorlauf like 5-6 times and still grains are coming through.

a) will this be a huge issue?
b) whats an idea to fix it?

Thanks!

If yours is anything like mine, the only way to get grains into the wort was to get grains underneath the bottom. This was almost guaranteed to result in a stuck sparge. Sounds like your problem is different. Is the false bottom the right size? Can you post a link to it?
