Well this thread took a slight turn from the title.
Love the name of the beer!
Sucks about the injury.

On topic: mash and sparge water in the kettle on the burner the night before.
Basically a mental walk through of the day to make sure I have all the equipment ready.
For me, the essence of my brew day revolves around the smell of coffee and milling the grains along with the hiss and sweet smell of propane.

Blackbird Brewing

SECONDARY-Dry-hopping: Regal Pale Ale
SECONDARY-Dry-hopping: SNPA Clone
SECONDARY: Unknown Ale (Partigyle from RPA and SNPA)

Do not mistake my kindness for weakness. I am kind to everyone, but when someone is unkind to me, weak is not what you will remember about me.
