Default Dreaming in AG...

well, actually more of a nightmare...

I had a dream last night that i did my first all grain. It went like this:

I added my grains and strike water to my mashtun. They immediately started boiling violently because the water was too hot! I panicked and added cold water from the really nasty wash-up sink in the garage (rusty water, solvents all over the place, and who knows what...). Then when I went to stir it the first time I realized I had been soaking bottles in sanitzer in my mashtun and forgot to take them out!!! So I scrambled to get them out of there....

Oi. I hope my first AG does not really go that way!

still waiting...

Don't stress..my AG went smoother than any of my extract brews. It was a very simple process.

Simple. Stop drinking the nasty wash water before bed.

That's okay, I once dreamt that my fermenting wort grew arms and legs and lifted itself out of the fermenter and took a crap on my living room carpet.

The next morning I decided it was time to rack to the secondary. No poop smell.
