Was thinking I cld get water collected/heated..grains crushed then mash all on Friday night, then finish up Sat AM...
Would save some time Sat ...
Yep, there are a few people here who do it regularly or have done it a few times. If done properly it can be a viable method.
I've heard of high efficiencies with overnight mashes. It does have the potential, though, to result in a sour mash.
I do need to work on my efficiency (both mash and time)
