Default Difference w/ CMC vs. others
Does anyone have experience with CMC 2row and have compared it with other brands? Notice any big difference?

I recently did 2 batches of centennial blonde. One with cmc, the other with briess. My palate is not as refined as some, but to me there was no discernible difference.

My palate sucks but I have run through 3 sacks of it and am very happy with the results.
