Default Counter flow chiller, whirlpool, pellets question

So I just spent $10 on a garden hose, and converted my immersion coil into a counterflow chiller. Now I can whirlpool the hot wort, and syphon it through the CF to get rid of the hot break. But the cold break will congeal in my fermenter. Do I care? Or should I wait and transfer it again, leaving the cold break behind?

PS, I do have a bucket and 3 carboys, vessels are not a prob. And, I use pellets in a nylon paint sack.

PPS, I may play hooky tomorrow and brew a new batch to pitch onto todays cake. cough-cough, I feel a cold coming on, cough-cough

Any recomendations? No, Nyquil is not a viable option.

So far, I've had more experience thinking than I've had brewing....you don't think they are mutually exclusive, do you?

72 batches so far,
48 wine, mostly Loquat, peach, plum, prickly pear
23 beers and ciders
1 sauerkraut
1 Tequila, from a prickly pear wine experiment that didn't work. I call it "Prickly Heat"

Unless you're trying to brew ultra-clean German Pilseners, some trub won't hurt you. In fact it has been found that under-oxygenated wort with trub in it ferments better than oxygenated wort without trub in it.

You stand a greater risk of making funky beer by trying to get rid of your cold break then leaving it be.
