Default Counter Flow Chiller with a Gravity Fed System?

Looking at Counter Flow Chillers, but am wondering how it will work with a Gravity Fed System. Anyone here use one with a Gravity System? If so, what you're set up like when you are using it?

Here is my setup, it drains 23L in about 18 minutes. I set it up and sanitize it during my boil. My kettle comes in immediately off the fire, gets whirlpooled and then I start draining.

Mine worked fine with a gravity feed, I used a vacuum to get it going, then it worked great.

I cool 10 gallons in about 15-20 minutes using my gravity fed CFC.

Cheers
