Default Cooler vs Insulated Beverage Container

I recentley purchased a Rubbermaid 10 gallon water cooler model: 1610

RUBBERMAID 1610 10 Gallon Water Cooler (Blue) - Toolup.com

It says in the specs "Extra-thick insulation ensures superior thermal retention"

But there is also an Insulated Beverage Container model 1610-FS-ST

RUBBERMAID 1610-FS-ST 10 gal Insulated Beverage Container, Orange - Toolup.com

The specs for this say "Keep beverages cold for hours"

Whats the difference? Did I buy the right thing?

Looks like almost the same product with a different name. Either one will work fine.

The one you purchased weighs 6 pounds more. Maybe that's insulation weight???

The 1610 has a weight of 17lbs. The 1610-FS-ST is listed at 11lbs. My guess would be that the heavier one has more insulation.

Edit:
Damn slow typing! Justin beat me to it.
