Default Completed my First AG!

Wooo Wooo! That **** was easy!

A little more clean up obviously with the cooler but nothing I couldn't handle during the 60min boil.

The only problem I ran into was switching from my 5gallon boils to a 5.5 boil.
I under estimated the boil off and ended up with 4 gallons in the pot after. I just topped up with water and still ended up with a nice OG of 1.049.
