Default Color Shift - Liquid Fruit Extract

I just recently brewed up an AG batch of Blonde Ale from Midwest. I missed my mash temp by a bit (151) but after a week in primary I transfered to secondary and it was a beautiful golden color. At bottling I added a 4oz bottle of Apricot Fruit Extract. I just cracked one open last night and the nice blonde yellow has shifted towards brown. Has anyone else had this happen?
