Can anyone tell me the major difference? HBT Wiki says Chocolate malt will give a chocolate, coffee and toasted character, and I don't see Pale Chocolate listed. FYI, I'm using it in a Porter. I was thinking 10oz or so.

regular chocolate has much more roasty flavor to it. pale is missing that burnt toast type flavor that comes across in the darker malts.
Pale is around 200L and chocolate is around 350L
