Default Cheap bread machine for spent grain

I am new here, but have seen a lot of talk about making bread with spent grain. I saw this deal on a bread maker for cheap and wanted to share it here http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00829720000P?sid=IAx20050830x000545& PID=4485850&aff=Y

I have a Panasonic machine and one thing that can cause problems is the timing involved with the proofing of the dough.
When using spent grain (depending on the percentage) the proofing and rising times are often a lot longer than the machine is programmed to allow. In some cases it is more than double what it would if you were using bread flour.
