Default bulk wheat malt, which to get?

Summer is almost here and to me that means wheat beer! I have yet to make an all grain wheat beer, but plan on making 5 or 6 this summer. Im thinking about getting a sack of white wheat, but figured before i picked it up id see what everyone thinks about this? Im going to be making a citrus wheat and a bavarian hefe that i know of. thoughts?

Adam

The red might be better for a step mash because it has more protien. The white will yield more extract. Wheat really doesn't have much flavor. It's hard to tell any difference.
