Default Brown/Black Flakes In My Hoskinsons (Beer) - WTF?

I am getting some small brownish black flakes in my beers out of the tap. I just cleaned out all my lines and my taps. Before kegging, I thoroughly cleansed the cornys with OxiClean and sanitized with StarSan. I am getting these flakes out of multiple kegs. So, I am thinking this is either:

1) Mold from the dip tube (less probability with multiple kegs)
2) Irish moss (greater probability)

Any other ideas, or experience with small black/brown flakes in the brew? What is this funk all up in my Hoskies?

I would take apart my taps again to see if they were the culprits.
