Brewed with the wife!
|
|
Brewed with the wife today. It is so much easier with two people! We made all grain clone of "Moose Drool". One of my favorite brown ales. This is the 1st time we have brewed together as she really dislikes beer. Oh yea, we hit our OG goal! 1.052

That's cool that she helped you. I love it when my wife helps.
However, she loves beer (especially mine).

mash water was 165, grain temp was 155. I have a thermometer that i got with my brew pot. She loves her lambics, that may be one of my next brews. Im doing an imperial chocolate stout next in 2 days, when my starter will be ready.

Awesome. I love when my wife helps too... which is rare =P She also doesn't like hoppy beers, so I have a ton of malty/fruity stuff in the pipeline.
