Default Biermuncher's SNPA

It's on baby! 10 minutes into the boil, Im almost boiling myself, its 94f outside today in NC. I had to use 1oz chinook with the 1 oz perle, oh well, we will see what it turns out like, thanks for the recipe BM, Ill post back in a bit,

WOW! More like an Imperial SNPA. What is the estimated IBU.

Well, that sucks ...

I'd rather be brewing than being here at work, lol. And I'm in the process of moving too, so no brewing for a few weeks at least. *sigh* Great, I'm depressed now.

Oh, its an 11 gallon batch, I figured it at 40 IBU, I think BM's is at 37, so its close, It was really good going in the fermenter, already bubbling through the 1 inch ID blowoff hoses, I think its going to be really good, Ill post back when its finished
