As I made a newbie ordering mistake ( EdW Haus Ale, wanted Crystal 10L, ordered Munich 10L -big dif.?), I realized I need to know more about the different types of grains.
What would be the best way to go about that?
Wiki has a grain section, of course (no entry for Munich?)
Could grains be compared or classified in a table form/?
