Well after my son was born i had to down grade alot of my equipment but am thinking about getting back in but this time doing some 1 gallon batches so I can brew often and have more selection.
Since I am going to be doing 1 gallon I still would like to do the All grain work *seen a mash tun using a bells mini keg* but also thinking about trying a duxtop 8100c Induction heater so i can brew in my man cave at night time without going in and out waking everyone up, curious if anyone uses this model?
I know its a lot of work for small batches but at this time in my life if I want to brew this is going to be the path for me until the kids are all older, and at least I would have variety.
