Default Any way to "bitter" an overly sweet finished stout?

I brewed a RIS last December. It tasted pretty good to start with except the alcohol taste. At 9.8% ABV I expected it to need some aging so I have left it alone for the most part.

Now, 10 months later it has smoothed out very nicely but it is sweet. I get a lot of chocolate and some coffee which I like but I would have liked it to be less sweet. The recipe called for a FG of 1.030 which I hit but apparently I was off on the bittering somehow.

Is there anything I can do at this point?

If it's not bottled you could make a hop tea and add it into the beer. You boil hops in water using a typical profile like 60min, 30min, 10min and add that boiled water directly to the keg or secondary. I have never done it but I know it can be done.

Yes, it is currently kegged. I thought about the hop tea but I was unsure about how to go about it.

What amount of hops at what AA%?
Boil in water or wort?
