Default American lite lager

What should the total grain bill be in pounds for an american lite lager for a 5 gallon batch and a 55 gallon batch...


I want 70% 2 Row and 30% Rice

For a 5 gallon batch:

American 2-row - 6 lbs
Flaked rice - 2.5 lbs

OG 1.048 (80% Efficiency)

Scaled up to 55 gallons:

American 2-row - 66 lbs
Flaked rice - 27.5 lbs
