Wheat:
8 pounds (38ppg, 2°L 38.1%)

Oats (Flaked):
2 pounds (32ppg, 2°L 9.5%)

Wheat (Flaked):
1 pound (36ppg, 2°L 4.8%)

Hop:
Hallertauer 16 IBU @ 60 min

Recipes 

You can use Pilsen and Wheat DME to replace the grain, but you really can't use a "DME" equivalent of flaked oats or flaked wheat in an extract version.
