Default Alcohol booster

I'm planning on doing my first parital mash tomorrow (AHS Special Holiday Ale). I got the 1% alcohol booster also. The directions call for adding this the same time as the LME. I'm going to do a late extract addition and was wondering if I can add the booster when I add the LME (last 15 minutes of the boil).

Thanks

I just bought some of the alcohol boost as well. About to add it to an oatmeal stout. Been wanting to see how it compares to using something like candi sugar.

How much does one pack raise the OG?

If that's correct, then the OG of the beer I made tonight should have been 1.058 + .0076 puts it at 1.065. I measured 1.064 before pitching

That is one of the goofs that I had with the first batch that I made.

I wound up diluting my beer down to the recommended gravity on the instruction sheet. (not thinking about how this would make it go up DUH!)

My beer tasted watery yet you could tell it had alcohol.
