Default AG #2 After action Report

Got number two completed yesterday with only a few minor hitches not really worth mentioning.


Did a slight variation on Ed Wort's Haus and adjusted it for 6 gal. Hit 82% efficiency this time. I actually did iodine tests to assure conversion and for whatever reason had to extend mash time about 15m to get it.

Will make an exact version of Ed's when I/LBHS have the correct ingredients.
