Default Advice on lagering.

I decided to go to AG from extract brewing. I currently keg all my beer and have all my kegs full at the moment. I have been putting together all things needed for AG, aka mash tun, new boil pot, turkey fryer, etc... My question is this, I have all the ingredients to make ED Worts kolsch and want to start this now, but wont have a keg to put it in for probably about six weeks. Can I leave this in the secondary at 34 degrees for an extended period of time, after primary of course or should I resist the urge and wait till I have a free keg? How will this affect the beer?

No problem lagering a kolsch that long....once a keg gets kind of low, you can always bottle the remainder from the keg to free it up.
