White Labs WLP007 Dry English Ale (1.5L starter made with stirplate)
Add 24 ounces of toasted coconut to the secondary for a week!
Holy chunky yeast! WLP007 English Dry Ale yeast flocculates like a MO-FO. It's was getting almost chunky looking in the flask/stirplate.
At first I thought something was wrong, but researched and found out that this is pretty normal!
Looks good! Give WLP007 a try sometime. It's also very flocculant and has done great things for me in the past. Cheers!
I did use WLP007....
Ha! Indeed. 007 is extra chunky. Good luck! I expect good results.
